Rooted in Parma.
Established in London.
A family table,
set in Fitzrovia.
Demartino is a family-run Italian restaurant offering both classic and contemporary dishes from all regions of Italy.
For over thirty years we have kept a table in the heart of Fitzrovia — first for the neighbourhood, then for the city that grew around it. Our kitchen draws on the culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna: pasta rolled by hand each morning, prosciutto aged twenty-four months, Parmigiano Reggiano from the dairies that have shaped our family's palate for four generations.
The mood is unhurried. The room is warm. The wine list reads like a letter home.
From the home
of Italian gastronomy.
Parma is not a backdrop. It is the source.
Every supplier on our list has stood in the same dairies, curing rooms and vineyards for generations. We buy the way the De Martino family has always bought — from the people they know, in the places they grew up, at the pace the produce demands.
Prosciutto from Langhirano, aged in the mountain air. Parmigiano Reggiano from the cooperatives of Reggio Emilia. Balsamico invecchiato from Modena. Lambrusco from the plains. It is a short list, kept honest, poured generously.
Three ways to sit down.

In the company
of regulars.
Three decades of quiet loyalty. A neighbourhood restaurant, kept company by the people who know it best.
The tortellini in brodo is the closest thing to Parma I’ve found in London. The room is warm, the welcome warmer.
The table is waiting.
